www.Cre8iveMasters.com website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Times

● Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
● Peak Times: During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to
2 days.
● Exceptions: Custom, made-to-order, or print-on-demand items may require 2-3
business days for production.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

● Domestic Shipping (United States):
○ Carrier(s): USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL
○ Estimated Delivery: 2-7 business days
○ Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.40 for most products within the United States.

● International Shipping:
○ Countries Served: We ship worldwide for most products
○ Carrier(s): DHL/USPS/Asendia/Royal Mail/DPD/FedEx/UPS
○ Estimated Delivery: 10-30 business days
○ Rate: International orders ship at a standard flat rate of $10 USD for most products.
○ Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all import fees.

Bundles & Multi-Item Packs
Some of our special bundles contain multiple items that may ship from different fulfillment partners. Because these items often require separate parcels, shipping costs for bundles may differ from our standard flat rates.
When a bundle has an adjusted shipping cost, the final shipping total is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Transparency
We follow strict transparency requirements to ensure that our shipping charges always match what you see at checkout. If carrier or fulfillment costs change, we update our listings and checkout rates accordingly.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking
updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

4. Shipment Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
● Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
● Customs processing delays
● Carrier issues, weather events, or natural disasters

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:
● Countries subject to U.S. sanctions (e.g. Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Ukraine,
Belarus, Venezuela and others) This list is subject to update as U.S. sanctions
programs evolve.
● PO boxes / APO/FPO addresses, if applicable
Certain products may have additional restrictions due to regulations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

● Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order, please
contact the carrier directly.
● Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
● Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 10 days with
photos at Support@Cre8iveMasters.com
We may assist with filing a claim, but reimbursement is subject to the carrier's policies.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details at checkout. If an order is
returned due to incorrect address:
● We can reship the order for current rates based on dimensions and weight.
● Refunds for original shipping costs will not be issued.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us because the carrier was unable to deliver, we will contact you to
arrange:
● Reshipment (shipping fees apply), or
● Refund for the product cost (minus shipping).

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments depending on:
● Availability
● Production partners (e.g., print-on-demand)
● Fulfillment centers
No extra shipping charges apply for split shipments unless stated otherwise.
